Help for Heroes / Lend Lease have selected Kondor Bathroom Pods for the supply & delivery of fifty Accessible Shower Rooms at the Personal Recovery & Assessment Centre in Catterick, North Yorkshire. Delivery is planned to commence during February 2012. Kondor are very proud to be associated with such a benevolent organisation.

Carillion Building has awarded Kondor two contracts for the manufacture, delivery and installation of 233 Bathroom Pods for both Blocks R4 & R5. These include shared ownership, shared equity and social housing - including extra care homes for the frail/elderly.

Kondor have secured the order with Willmott Dixon Housing for the manufacture and delivery of over 150 En-suite Pods for Horton Halls, the Halls of Residence for St George’s University London.

Kondor have secured the order for the manufacture and delivery of the Single Living Accommodation Modules (SLAM Pods) to the Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst.

Kondor have secured the order for the supply and delivery of the Bathroom Pods for SLAM – ‘Single Living Accommodation Modules’ for the MOD. Bovis Lendlease have placed an initial order for 254 units with further orders to follow.

Kondor are pleased to announce that St James Urban Living have again selected Kondor to supply the Bathroom Pods for their prestigious private residential development in Blackheath, London. This is the third project in a row that Kondor have provided pods to St James Urban Living – another satisfied customer.

Kondor have received an order from BAM Building Limited for the manufacture of the Nursing Home pods at Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, Ireland. Delivery is planned to commence early 2011.

Galliford Try Construction South have placed an order with Kondor for the design and manufacture of two Prototype bathroom pods for the 5* Hilton Hotel Bankside, London.

Having successfully completed the manufacture & delivery of the WC Pods for the Olympic Media Centre, Kondor have been instructed by Carillion Building to design, manufacture and install the Legacy Toilet Module for the Olympic site, which will be free standing external clad structure consisting of Male, Female & Accessible WC’s, Cleaners Cupboard & Plantroom.
